About this ebook

"Nature is a pillar of constancy in

this turbulent world. As we go

about our busy lives, nature calls

out to us. Sometimes she calls us

with a fury. In our hectic, stressful

world, there is still calm to be

found, if only we might step

outside and take a breath. I believe

now more than ever that we

desperately need the peace and

inspiration that nature provides"
