I was diagnosed with Stage 4 prostate cancer almost 4 years ago. At that time, I was told I had at least 2 years to live.

This book is about my journey to date. How I have coped, how I have managed, what I have learned, and how I have continued to live a life of fulfilment. Life is so much more than the cancer which may end it. My intention for this book is to hopefully inspire others in the same boat to live while we’re alive. There is plenty of time to sleep when we are dead.
