About the author
Apostle Tevin D. Neal started his ministry in 1998, in Los Angeles, California. He Pastored his own church, Under the Blood Outreach Ministries, for 6 years in Lancaster, California. Apostle Neal obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Christians Studies from Regent University in 2007. In Spring of 2020, Apostle Neal will begin the road to his Doctorate Degree.
Apostle Neal has been walking in the true anointing of the Apostolic. He and his wife Prophetess Nadia Comanechi Neal, have been sent to leaders in many churches; to edify, equip, and empower them to build the body of Christ.
Apostle Neal and his wife, Prophetess Nadia Comanechi Neal, have 6 children alongside numerous spiritual children that God has blessed them with along his journey.
As a cancer survivor, Apostle Neal’s heart felt cause is not to raise cancer awareness but to raise Jesus awareness as the same God Whom healed him will also heal others. He believes healing starts with having awareness.
It is his heart’s desire that God will use him as a modern-day Ezekiel causing dry bones to live again
