I liked the advice given. I am in a wheelchair and I'm not allowed to drive. Transportation is almost non-existent here or it is very expensive according to my income. If you could write a follow up book for handicapped people that would help. Also I would like a book that maps towns pathways that are safe for mobility scooters, if you know of any resources. Sorry to be so long winded. I think your book will be a good starting point for me.

Very straight forward. I don't like to read but I saw the title and wanted to read to maybe pick out the niddy gritty details that I could use in my lifestyle. I want to improve on my body. Things have been hard such as my maxes going down in weightlifting but I really paid attention to why... I thought maybe my proportion size wasn't enough. I have been eating all of the healthy foods now and making sure I'm eating more than enough each meal.

Short books are always better than long bestselling books because when we read them, we feel more indulged in books and able to extract more information than the long books. This book helped me to believe in myself about what I am doing is good and it will take time to be successful one day, so keep patience and work steady no matter what comes in your path.
