About the author

Dr. Adarsh Kumar is an Professor in the School of Computer Science with University of Petroleum & Energy Studies, Dehradun, India. He received his Master degree (M. Tech) in Software Engineering from Thapar University, Patiala, Punjab, India and earned his PhD degree from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology University, Noida, India followed by Post-Doc from Software Research Institute, Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland. From 2005 to 2016, he has been associated with the Department of Computer Science Engineering & Information Technology, Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida, Uttar-Pardesh, India, where he worked as Assistant Professor. His main research interests are cybersecurity, cryptography, network security, and ad-hoc networks. He has many research papers in reputed journals, conferences and workshops. He participated in one European Union H2020 sponsored research project and he is currently executing two research projects sponsored from UPES SEED division and one sponsored from Lancaster University.

Dr. Sumit Kumar Choudhary, a distinguished academic and researcher in Forensic Science, holds a Ph.D. in Forensic & Behavioural Science. A Gold Medalist from the National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, he brings over a decade of professional experience. Dr. Sumit served as a UGC Research Fellow at the world's first forensic science university and later became the first faculty member at India's inaugural police university, Raksha Shakti University. Appointed as the youngest officiating Registrar at age twenty-nine, he held the position for over three years. Dr. Sumit is the longest-serving Dean/HoD of the School of Forensics, Risk Management & National Security at RSU. A sought-after speaker globally, he engages with diverse audiences, including police officers, judges, and students. As the Managing Editor of multiple journals and founder chair of FIRST Dialogue, a forensic ideation forum, Dr. Sumit leads more than three research projects, focusing on emerging forensic areas.

Vinay Aseri is a Postgraduate Scholar at Rashtriya Raksha University. Holding three PG diploma degrees in Forensic Science, Information Technology and Security, Internet Governance, and a Diploma in Photography in Forensic Science and Techniques. Currently pursuing his Postgraduation in Forensic Science, Vinay specializes in digital forensics for national security. With a prolific research background, he has authored 30+ papers in Scopus Indexed Journals, published 16+ book chapters, and secured a German patent for Banana peel Nano bio-char. Recognized with the InSig Fellowship 2022 and the Junior Researcher award 2023, Vinay is an active member of ISOC Delhi, Mumbai Internet Society chapter, ACM, and IEEE student chapter Gujarat. As the Managing Director of CiphersSecurity, a non-profit education organization, he has contributed to cybersecurity research and completed the Ministry of Home Affairs-sponsored CDFS project-2022. Vinay serves as a reviewer for many esteemed journals.

Surinder Sood, Ph.D., specializes in the design verification and validation of hybrid systems, earning his doctorate from The University of Auckland, New Zealand. With two decades of experience, he has primarily focused on verifying hardware components for system-on-chip (SOC) implementations, employing diverse verification techniques. His research interests span formal verification of digital and hybrid systems, including significant contributions to security vulnerability verification in digital hardware and performance estimation of SOCs during SOC verification. Throughout his career, Surinder has collaborated with prestigious organizations such as Intel, AMD, Samsung Electronics, ST Microelectronics, and SanDisk. Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at ARM, he also holds the esteemed title of Senior Member of the IEEE-Circuit and Systems Society. Surinder's commitment to excellence underscores his significant impact on the field, solidifying his reputation as a leading expert in design verification and validation.
