About the author

Akshay Goel: Akshay is an ISB alumnus from PGP Class of 2018. He was the Lead Coordinator for ISB O-week 2019 and also won the prestigious ISB Torch Bearer (CO18) award. Before joining ISB, he worked with EXL Services and also kickstarted a startup in the area of music analytics. He is currently working as a Consultant with A.T. Kearney. He loves travelling, playing guitar and is a huge fan of Liverpool Football Club.
Dhriti Ahluwalia: Dhriti is an ISB alumna from PGP Class of 2019. Dhriti was the Vice President of Public Policy Club and the founder of the Debating SIG. She firmly believes in the potential of education as a tool for empowerment and equality and has worked with policy think tank and non-profits in primary education prior to ISB. She is currently working with a Chandigarh based tech start-up, Code Brew Labs. She loves reading, writing and debating.
