L'idea è quella di realizzare uno strumento di autovalutazione indirizzato ai medici omeopati che hanno già frequentato un regolare corso e che vogliono saggiare il loro grado di preparazione. Ciò è reso possibile grazie ai 200 test che abbracciano una gran parte della casistica clinica omeopatica. Non è facile rispondere esattamente a tutte le domande, qualcuna inoltre si presta a diverse possibili interpretazioni, laddove rimedi omeopatici non comuni si alternano ad altri molto ben conosciuti, mentre alcuni dei casi clinici trattati offrono spunti innovativi e interessanti anche all'omeopata esperto. Nella seconda parte del testo sono fornite le risposte con le relative motivazioni riguardanti il rimedio prescelto.
