Alexander Agadjanian is a professor of religious studies at the Russian State University for the Humanities, Moscow, and Arizona State University. He teaches at the intersection of religion and the modern and postmodern context, particularly as it impacts eastern Christianities. He has written numerous journal articles and co-edited Eastern Orthodoxy in a Global Age (2006).
Scott Kenworthy is an associate professor in the Department of Comparative Religion at Miami University. He is the author of The Heart of Russia: Trinity-Sergius, Monasticism and Society after 1825 (2010), which won the 2010 Frank S. and Elizabeth D. Brewer Prize of the American Society of Church History.
