As global urbanization accelerates, climate change, natural disasters and complex security risks pose serious challenges to the sustainable development of cities. Building resilient cities and upgrading safety engineering capabilities have become the focus of common concern of the international community. Against this background, 2025 International Conference on Resilient City and Safety Engineering will be held on June 6-8, 2025 in Nanjing, China. Supported by the School of Civil Engneering, Shijiazhuang Tiedao University, the conference aims to bring together global experts, scholars, engineering practitioners and policy makers to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as intelligent disaster prevention technologies, resilient city planning, infrastructure safety, risk assessment and management, and to promote cross-disciplinary innovation and practical experience sharing. The conference will provide cutting-edge insights into the scientific challenges and technical bottlenecks in urban resilience construction, and help build a safe and sustainable future urban ecology.
