Amelia finished Jameson and Lily’s story perfectly. She slayed my heart with this book. Ot starts where Close Call ended and Jameson knows that Lily didn’t leave him. He intends to find her and get married. Once they do, Jameson becomes more and more fixated on finding the man responsible for taking her. They already know who ordered it, and he wants the man who took her to pay. Amelia sure brought out the feels and my heart just ached for Jameson. You’ll know when you read it.

The final piece of Jameson and Lily's story is a real breath stealer that works overtime to keep you on the edge of your seat. Intense tension hits you full force right from the first chapter and never lets up. Raw emotions, fierce feelings, taut drama, sharp slashes of humor and thrilling suspense fuel this gripping read that consumed my mind and almost flattened my heart from how hard it squeezed it.

Honestly, five stars are not enough for the conclusion of Jameson and Lily’s story. From the first book to this final book, Amelia Wilde is written a story that is both heartbreaking and heart mending. I was all up in the feels and on the edge of my seat as the story played out. Don't worry, it's all balanced out with witty banter, epic cameos (Hades, Zuez, and Poseidon), and the perfect chemistry of Jameson and Lily.
