I have divided this book into Five Chapters. First Chapters is the detailed description of VMAGO- How to formulate and execute them. Second Chapter is about the PDCA Methodology to achieve the VMAGO. Third Chapter is of BPR- Business Process Reengineering. Fourth Chapter titled as Career progression and requisite parameters. In this chapter , there is an illustration that what type of people required in various level of the organization and what should be they have within. Fifth chapter is some stories of business houses or individuals : How they have changed the world ?
This book is a result of my 15 experiences with in the industry from manufacturing to Service Sectors and as a quality management system professional, I am fortunate to come across through the various domains of businesses.

Complements Anand on coming out with a simplified and step by step approach to Business Excellence. Achieving Excellence at any organisation isn't rocket science in reality but it calls for a few basic elements, Committed and visionary leadership, passionate people, well drawn up processes, updated technology, that's it. Its all about having the basics in place and perseverance... Good book.... Anyone can benefit from this simplified and systematic approach outlined.

The organization even have displayed Vision-mission, aims, goals and objectives but its communication need to reach to each stake holders. Its simple, experienced sharing of pivotal ingredients for all us. All contents are very interesting and worth to understand .
