Per verificare l’autenticità di questo detto, la cosa migliore è secondo me un viaggio “all’antica”, su due ruote, con destinazione Roma; uscire di casa ed avere come destinazione la capitale ripercorrendo la storica Via Francigena che attraversa in lungo ed in largo i territori della nostra penisola sino alla città eterna. Riscoprire il fascino antico di essere un viandante, un pellegrino, andare all’avventura in libertà, soggiornare dove capita per assaporare sapori e sapere di antiche locande, storiche botteghe e tradizioni di un tempo ormai difficili da scovare con l’invasione di tutta la tecnologia che ci circonda ai giorni nostri.
