Dr. Andreas Langer ist Professor an der Fakultät für Wirtschaft und Soziales an der Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW) Hamburg.
Dr. Andreas Schröer ist Assistant Professor of Public Administration und leitet das Institute for Nonprofit Management der Hatfield School of Government an der Portland State University. Er ist Senior Fellow am Heidelberger Centrum für soziale Investitionen und Innovationen.
