Dr. Rike Setiawati is a figure who not only develops through time, but also through knowledge and dedication. With a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics, Jambi University in 1988, Rike has started her long journey in the academic world.
As the seventh child of Mrs. Sutiem and Mr. William Siem Lamsang, Rike continued to pursue her dreams. Not just stopping at the undergraduate level, she continued her Master's studies at the Master of Management Faculty of Economics, Jambi University, completing it brilliantly in 2003. Her extraordinary dedication was also seen when she earned her Doctorate degree from the Doctor of Management Science study program at Padjadjaran University Bandung in 2018.
Her academic journey is not only reflected in the degrees she holds, but also in her leadership experience. Rike was once the head of the Management department of the Jambi University FEB Extension program, and now carries the responsibility as the head of the Entrepreneurship study program at Jambi University FEB. In 2012, she was also a member of the senate of Jambi University, contributing significantly to academic development.
