About the author

Anette Moldvaer is the co-founder and green coffee buyer of Square Mile Coffee Roasters, an award-winning roasting company. Anette has judged international trade competitions, such as the World Barista Championships, and leads workshops in Europe, the US, Latin America, and Africa; she is also a World Cup Tasting Champion. She began her career as a barista in Norway in 1999, and now visits coffee producers around the globe, sourcing the very best coffees.
