ANTONIO GRAMSCI Antonio Sebastiano Francesco Gramsci (1891–1937) was a Marxist philosopher, journalist, literary critic, linguist, historian, and Italian politician. He wrote on political theory, sociology, anthropology, history, and linguistics. He was a founding member and general secretary of the Communist Party of Italy and was elected as a deputy for the Veneto district before being imprisoned by Benito Mussolini's fascist regime. DONALDO BUCHWEITZ Donaldo Buchweitz was born in Canguçu, Brazil. He graduated in theology and philosophy and completed a postgraduate course in cooperative games at Unimonte. Since then, he has written and adapted over 60 children's books and composed more than 100 songs. His hobbies include playing chess and tending to his small garden. CÉSAR MUÑOZ MORENO César Muñoz Moreno was born in Lima, Peru, in 1975. He studied architecture and urbanism at Ricardo Palma University in Lima. Inspired by his eldest son's drawing talent, his old passion for graphic expression was rekindled. He studied children's illustration with a specialization in picture books in schools and workshops in Argentina and Spain. He has published two solo books and a third in partnership with his son. He currently works on children's illustrated book projects for publishers in Brazil and Mexico.
