Traumas in childhood and adolescence have far-reaching, long-lasting consequences. The psychological impairments are complex, varied and not easily recognizable as effects of trauma. About the author
Arne Burchartz, a qualified teacher and theologian, is a paediatric psychotherapist with his own practice and is also a lecturer and supervisor at the Psychoanalytic Institute in Stuttgart and at the Institute for Psychoanalysis, Analytical and Depth Psychology-Based Psychotherapy in Würzburg.
