About this ebook

Shy Entrepreneur Series : Volume -1

We have always been in awe of people who are successful and lead from the front.

However you will often find that, we individually have to make a continuous conscious effort in developing our skill set, by exploring resources available. There is no set course or book out there that can make you a complete leader. So much for the over-hyped and super-expensive MBA programs that just advertise their placement numbers and salaries offered and don't really focus on skills.

This series of books will touch on some aspects that help you decode your weaknesses and give an alternative way of developing a mindset, a way of re-engineering your perception to problem solving to make you a more effective leader. It also uses the B.E.S.T. approach to leadership and certain other subtle processes that help you become a better leader and an entrepreneur.

A bit brief, filled with a lot of tidbits. Asish is great at providing brief insights on leadership and workplace supervision, and the book provides some decent ideas. This will require a bit of daily compare/contrast exercises when you read about the different types of people and then encounter them in the workplace, so you will need to either have it handy or remember all of the different personas Asish describes in this book. Makes a lot of sense.

For being a Leader person doesn't require any formal designation, just to lead with purpose be humble and empathetic, create safe environment for own people. In this book , the author has provided many examples of how leaders care for their people, inspire them and get the best results. Also mentioned how to handle millennial generation in corporate.
