Prof. Dr. Axel v. Werder ist Inhaber des Lehrstuhls für Organisation und Unternehmensführung an der TU Berlin. Er ist Mitherausgeber der Zeitschrift "Organization Science" sowie Leiter des Arbeitskreises "Organisation" der Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft. Dipl.-Ing. Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing. Harald Stöber ist Vorsitzender des Vorstands der Arcor AG & Co. KG und Leiter des Arbeitskreises "Organisation" der Schmalenbach-Gesellschaft. PD Dr. Jens Grundei ist Privatdozent an der TU Berlin.
