Karena kedua orang itu sesuai barang bukti dan saksi telah menganiaya seorang anak yang umurnya belum genap lima tahun. Akhirnya hakim Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Bengkalis menvonis bersalah dan menghukum keduanya masuk penjara, setelah melalui tuntutan Jaksa JPU Kejari Bengkalis.
