Rachel's desperate. Her greedy father has owned every business in Hidden Falls but now that he's on his deathbed she'll be the sole heir. She made an oath to herself that she'd give the small town back to the people, the only catch is, with the stipulations in her father's will she needs a husband, quick, and Logan is her best chance. He'd proposed once before, she ran scared, and he left town. So why is he so willing to help her out?

Logan agrees to her plan, knowing this short-term marriage is for a good cause. Besides, he can't deny that reuniting with Rachel Loftin as lovers is too exciting to pass up, but will their plan work? In the end, will she face her fears and make this marriage of convenience work, or will they part ways once again? Not if Logan can help it.
