About this ebook

Starting Over

When Faith Stewart begins life anew after a life-threatening illness, she's determined to make the best of her new circumstances – make friends, be the best nurse she can and find a place for herself in her new adopted town. Romance was the last thing on her mind.

Been there, done that

Tate Johnson had it all–a lovely wife and his dream job in Boston. When tragedy struck, he returns home to Rocky Point to rebuild his life, find solace in old friends, familiar places and the traditions of his home town. Falling in love again is the last thing he plans to ever do.

When the Lord leads

No matter the best plans of man, if the Lord directs his path differently, he’d best follow it. Despite the past, are Tate and Faith ready to step out in faith and follow their hearts?

I look forward to reading books by Barbara McMahon and Rocky Point Promise did not disappoint. Faith relocates to Rocky Point, after surgery and chemo. She’s looking for a fresh start. Tate returns to town, after his father has a stroke and is now the sheriff. Tate and Faith meet when he’s brought in as a patient, at the clinic where she’s a nurse. They decide to be friends, since neither one is looking for romance. I really enjoyed this fabulous addition to the Rocky Point series. Grab your copy and see what happens. I received a complimentary copy of this book and this is my voluntary and honest review.

ROCKY POINT PROMISE Faith was the interloper coming to Rocky Point, for the nurse position, that the receptionist niece had applied for.. Small town, and she hoped in time she would be accepted, and now needing the slower pace. A. mishap and the sheriff and a young boy was brought in. Talking with the sheriff, and noticing he was a strong believer, that the Lord had him in the right spot,a God Thing he calls it. .Being new in her faith, she wasn’t as comfortable talking about the Lord, as sheriff Tate was. A time of sharing their grief, brought them closer together. A Journey of new memories now to savor. A beautiful story of opening one self to the pain that had been in their lives. To finding God has plans for them,Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.
