Hao Zhang, Economic Ph.D, a senior engineer of the China Aviation Poly-Technology Establishment, has been engaged in research and practical work in quality infrastructure, quality economics, macro quality management and evaluation for a long time. He has presided over and participated in multiple major national key projects, published 5 books, and published more than 20 papers.

Youwei Meng, Director of the China Aviation Poly-Technology Establishment, has been engaged in standardization technology research and standard development for a long time, leading multiple national key projects and publishing multiple high-level papers.

Zhaoyang Zeng, Chief Engineer of China Aviation Poly-Technology Establishment, has long been engaged in innovative research on general quality characteristics and standardization technology. He has led more than 20 major key projects and published multiple high-level papers.

Lanlan Zhao, an engineer of China Aviation Poly-Technology Establishment, has been engaged in standardization technology research for a long time and has participated in multiple major key research projects.
