In my opinion the book explained the chakras well so a beginner like myself could understand better; but there was contradicting ideas in the myths part which made you doubt that anything even works; which then went back to believing that chakras do work in the conclusion. A confusing mess.

I am really satisfied with the thoroughness of the explanations of each chakra; in addition, the illustrations of treatments (exercise/yoga and food consumption) needed to attempt balancing the chakras.

The book had many run-on sentences and spelling errors. It seemed to be written by a 5 year old. Not sure why google would publish this.
