I loved every minute of this book, from the main characters falling in love , the heartbreak of her family's betrayal and everything in between. This installment of the Lyons Club series did not disappoint, brilliant as a standalone but if you've read the other books getting a glimpse of the how the characters lives have progressed. Another opportunity to visit this madcap, unusual extended family. This time it's Abigail and Theo's story. Abigail is Theo's best friend's daughter and as such is strictly off limits. Theo has moved to NY to get away from the scandal of his business failure and his brother and wife having an affair. He's moved himself and his daughter across the world to be close to his best friend. One look at Abigail and all he can do is want. A brilliant suppressed passion, hidden agenda, mistakes made, angst ridden love story. As you would expect from this author the world building is excellent, the characters larger than life and the story fast paced and unput downable.
