The recipes are pretty good. The author goes HEAVY on lemon juice in a couple recipes. Also, the recipes I've made have resulted in 3-4 big servings instead of two. I bought the book to avoid making 2-3 extra servings per meal, so that was pretty disappointing.

I love this cookbook. I just made the fish recipe that sits on a bed of broccolini and it was amazing!! I can't wait to make it again. I love that she lets you know exactly how long each dish will take. I have three grown kids and was always cooking way too much for just my husband and I. Now I don't have that problem! The dishes are easy and so so flavorful. I plan on trying every recipe in here!!

It's a collection of restaurant quality recipes that are fairly easy to make with ingredients that I am not always familiar with. So it also broadens my food dictionary!
