FAN-tastic!!! I have followed the recommendations for only 2 days now... WORST allergies/asthma/immune system gone wild month-long episode of my life is IN REVERSE... and because of their book/expertise, I KNOW I am going to stay safe now...I am a bookaholic, and so I hope my review will impress others t purchase this book: COULD NOT POSSIBLY give it anything but my highest of recommendations!
