About the author

Caroline Anderson's been a nurse, a secretary, a teacher, and has run her own business. Now she’s settled on writing. ‘I was looking for that elusive something and finally realised it was variety - now I have it in abundance. Every book brings new horizons, new friends, and in between books I juggle! My husband John and I have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Hannah, umpteen pets, and several acres of Suffolk that nature tries to reclaim every time we turn our backs!’

Kate Hardy has been a bookworm since she was a toddler. When she isn't writing Kate enjoys reading, theatre, live music, ballet and the gym. She lives with her husband, student children and their spaniel in Norwich, England. You can contact her via her website: www.katehardy.com

As a child, reading the Ladybird book ‘The Nurse’ sowed the seeds for Colette Cooper’s future career. Using her experiences as a nurse to write medical romances with vibrant, interesting heroes and heroines to fall in love with is a dream come true. Colette lives in a beach house in Australia in her day dreams, but in reality, she lives in the heart of England, just about as far from the sea as it is possible to be in the UK but very close to the home of Mr Fitzwilliam Darcy! As well as writing, she practices yoga, which she isn’t bad at and French, which needs much more practice!
