The hypocrisy and immaturity of the man and overall dishonesty and reluctance to tell the truth right from the start, weaving through the story kept this story from having a five star rating. The intensity and substance was often trivialize with unnecessary sex scenes, like it was just prolonged for more content. Otherwise it would have been a very good tale.

The hypocrisy of this man and the lax morals of this woman. All the verbal and financial abuse and I was holding out until he was called out for being wrong and all you get is an oops my bad forgive me. And her not a backbone in sight, coerced sex instead of conversation. I had to DNF.

a very steamy read. only flaws is the Italian words except for "ti amo and amore mio" ...others where wrong... "giocamo" is actually giochiamo, Ricardo is not italiano, but [Riccardo] is, strega tosico = strega tossica etc
