Dr Klaus Bosselmann, born in Germany, is Professor of Law and Director of the New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law at the University of Auckland. He is currently Chair of the IUCN Commission on Environmental Law Ethics Specialist Group. Among his numerous books are Im Namen der Natur, When Two Worlds Collide, Environmental Justice and Market Mechanisms, Environmental Law for a Sustainable Society and The Principle of Sustainability.
Dr Colin Soskolne is based in the School of Public Health at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. He holds a doctorate in Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. His prior training was in the country of his birth, South Africa, at the University of the Witwatersrand. His interdisciplinary background led to his editorial role in Sustaining Life on Earth: Environmental and Human Health through Global Governance. He has published over 350 other books, papers and shorter communications. He currently serves as president of the Canadian Society for Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
