At his first missionary journey, the apostle Paul preached the gospel with Barnabas traveled around Antioch, Iconium, Lystra, Derbe of Galatia region in Asia Minor against the persecution of the Jews.

So that the apostle Paul was able to make the foundation of the early church at those cities.

And the apostle Paul with Barnabas returned back Antioch church in Syria region and completed his first missionary journey.

And when the apostle Paul began with Silas his second missionary journey, first off they traveled around again Antioch, Iconium, Lystra, Derbe of Galatia region in Asia Minor to preach the gospel to the churches over there.

And then the Apostle Paul tried to preach the gospel more widely around there, the Galatia region in Asia Minor.

But God did not allow any more the apostle Paul’s gospel mission in Asia Minor.

And God called him in a vision to go to Macedonia region from Asia Minor.

According to the will of God, the apostle Paul sailed with Silas to the Macedonia region from Asia Minor and arrived to Philippi of Macedonia region.

There, He and Silas met Lydia, a dealer in purple cloths and the apostle Paul’s preaching let her be aware spiritually of the gospel and believed it.

Therefore, the apostle Paul was able to build the Philippi church in her house for the first time in the Macedonia region.

And the apostle Paul arrived Thessalonica from Philippi in Macedonia region and went into the synagogue there and preach the gospel.

But the Jews were jealous and started a riot in the city, so, the apostle Paul was able to get out of Thessalonica by the help of the brothers in Jesus.

The apostle Paul stoped by Berea and to avoid arrest by the Jews from Thessalonica, the brothers in Jesus who escorted the apostle Paul brought him alone to Athens in Achaia region.

Nevertheless, the apostle Paul preached the gospel at those place.

And the apostle Paul arrived Corinth in Achaia region from Athens and met Aquila, a tentmaker and his wife Priscilla, and worked together to get the money during the gospel preaching mission for Corinth people.

In this way the apostle Paul was able to build the early church in Thessalonica of Macedonia region and Corinth of Achaia region.

When the apostle Paul continued his suffering gospel mission, for his mission of Thessalonica, brothers in Jesus of the Philippi church sent him material help few times.

Such material help for the apostle Paul had been first time by the Philippi church.

And the apostle Paul left for Jerusalem from Corinth with Aquila and his wife Priscilla, on the way they arrived at Ephesus in Lydia region of Asia Minor and the apostle Paul himself went into synagogue to preach the gospel and then Aquila and his wife Priscilla were working there for their living.

Like this, the apostle Paul had been laying the foundation of the Ephesus church.

And the apostle Paul let Aquila and his wife Priscilla stay there and he sailed to Antioch in Syria region.

In this way the apostle Paul completed his second missionary journey.

The apostle Paul built the Philippi church in Macedonia region first.

And he built the Thessalonica church in Macedonia region and built the Corinth church in Achaia region.

After that, the apostle Pual built the Ephesus church.

For the Philippi church that was built through his such gospel mission, the apostle Paul wrote Philippians with

the precious messages just as the mentioned in 「 About this book」.
