Professor (Dr.) Ashutosh Shukla is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad and a General Central Service Group ‘A’ Gazetted Officer of Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, a Military Training Academy of Indian Navy under Southern Naval Command, Ministry of Defense, Government of India, serving as a Professor and Head, Department of Management and Humanities. He is Post Graduate in Management, specialized in HRM and OB, received his Doctorate from University of Lucknow. He has published many Research Papers in professional International and National Journals.
