I'll tell you the story of Rurik Jutting, a British banker living in Hong Kong who held two women hostage, tortured them and raped them over a number of days. You'll learn about Issei Sagawa, a Japanese cannibal who killed and ate a woman - but walks free on the streets today. Then there's the vile three-week torture of an Australian woman who, when she was eventually rescued, paramedics initially thought she was dead. You can also read about the 'Hello Kitty' murder, which is as bizarre as it sounds - and as equally haunting.

True Crime Biography
I'm interested in all things true crime and enjoy watching documentaries, listening to podcasts and reading books. Researching and writing about true crime is my passion. I first became interested in real-life crimes when I watched Nick Broomfield's 1992 documentary on Aileen Wuornos, 'The Selling of a Serial Killer'. I watched in as a youngster in the late 90's (there was little TV censorship in my house) and became enthralled. As young as I was, and as much as I probably didn't understand a lot of what went on in the documentary at the time, it sparked a life-long intrigue.
Vodka and films are my hobbies.
From the North of England, I started a career in media and publishing. Upon deciding that I wasn't passionate enough working for someone else, I now write full-time and aspire to expand my true crime books into a fully functioning publishing house where I'm able to publish other writers' works.
