About this ebook

In the frantic pace of modern life, amidst a complex web of responsibilities, expectations, challenges, and demands, it's nearly impossible to avoid feeling overwhelmed. In an age defined by constant connectivity, the relentless pursuit of success, and the uncontrollable acceleration of daily life, burnout silently creeps in, infiltrating the minds and hearts of those desperate to keep up.

In this turbulent scenario, Davi Lago proposes a pause, a moment to regroup. It's necessary to deal with pressures without losing one's soul. We must return to biblical wisdom, the inexhaustible source of relevant insight for exhausted human beings.

Lighten Up emerges as an essential contribution. It is a light yet profound read, meant to be savored slowly. Here, we find Jesus's purest message. We need to learn from the Master, who is gentle and humble of heart. This book is a new approach to facing the challenges of daily life.
