David Escamilla es comunicador, editor, escritor y músico. Ha trabajado como director y presentador tanto en radio como en televisión para cadenas como RNE, Catalunya Ràdio, TVE o Cuatro. Ha publicado más de cincuenta libros desde 1992 entre los que se incluyen ensayos, biografías, novelas, relatos breves, guías culturales y poesía.
