About the author
David Rhodes was born in the winter of 1951.
Second generation of a career military family, David served through the Vietnam Conflict and also in Antarctica.
He has taught in both middle and high schools, and most recently has worked as a critical care and emergency room RN.
He has seen fraud, waste and abuse at multiple levels.
