About the author

Deborah Smith BSc (Hons), MSc, MAPP, MBPsS is a Positive Psychologist with over 25 years of professional experience as a psychotherapist working with individuals and groups. Best known for her work in wellbeing and mindfulness with WeightWatchers (WW) and writing a monthly Q&A page in the WW (WeightWatchers) Magazine. Deborah has taught mindfulness and meditation for over 25 years internationally and across the UK. She runs corporate wellbeing workshops and residential wellbeing retreats. She is a guest lecturer at Roehampton University and has a private practice in Bath.
