About this ebook

A man can be himself only so long as he is alone; and if he doesn't love solitude, he will not love freedom; for it is only when he is alone that he is really free. - Arthur Schopenhauer.

It's a great achievement when you feel more peaceful in your own company than in the company of others. Friedrich Nietzsche crafted beautifully, but I need solitude - which is to say recovery, return to myself, and the breath of a free, light playful air. Isn't it ironic; most people can't sit alone because they feel lonely inside with their own company while some people constantly seek their own company and feel peaceful and feel frustrated & bored in the company of others. We have the versatility of experiences and observations where some people suggest us to live more time alone so we can avoid unnecessary pain and problems while some suggest becoming more social and feeling blissful in the company of others. This versatility of experiences brings a lot of confusion to our souls where sometimes we feel like outgoing while sometimes we want to sit with ourselves. A bird flies in the sky all alone and can be seen with two perspectives where one man can see it as a sense of freedom, to fly high in the air with his own responsibility while others can see it as a lonely bird who has no one to share its experiences.

Happiness is miserable when you seek it only from outside, have no home for happiness inside your soul and don't feel delighted in your soul because the sense of solitude inside you is still unexplored and genuinely, most people don't want to because the happiness we earn from inside is a little more arduous than from outside. Once you are habitual of gathering energy from outside, you will create less energy within your soul. To become inexhaustible, you have to create a source of peace and happiness inside your soul. Meanwhile, this world never gives us enough time to pause, think and rest to know what we truly are.

Autophile: The Power of Solitude, 15 Minutes Powerful Read has the in-depth layers of strategies, understanding and techniques to assist you to understand your soul and I'm just writing it and can clarify, this is not an ordinary read but will open your latent power in just a few minutes.

Solitude is strength; to depend on the presence of the crowd is weakness. The man who needs a mob to nerve him is much more alone than he imagines. - Paul Brunton.
