In which the three tier system (gram Panchayat, Kshetra Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat) and the panchayati Raj has been described in simple language in details and tried to bring the moral and knowledge of the panchayat representatives to the powers of gram sabha members.

About the author
The author is born in the village madhai Nagla Kannauj District of Uttar Pradesh. He received his undergraduate and postgraduate education from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University Kanpur. Postgraduate as well as technical education from industrial training institute and also interested in computer. Despite preparing for union public service commission due to love of the Hindi. He choose Hindi for writing work and also continuous work for the promotion of Hindi. currently lives in prayagraj and is teaching in a private institution in additiontrying to write books related social concerns.
