He is author of 1 Peter in the Story of God Bible Commentary (2017) and Might from the Margins: The Gospel's Power to Turn the Tables on Injustice (2019). J. Nathan Clayton is Assistant Professor of Old Testament at North Park Theological Seminary in Chicago. Before his teaching ministry, he pastored in Chicago and in New York City.
