Eighteen-year-old young novelist Dhrubajyoti Singh Ray was born in Alipurduar district of West Bengal. Reading storybooks was his childhood addiction and that addiction made him interested in literature. He passed the secondary exam in 2019 and got admission in Diploma Mechanical Engineering. After
finishing his first year in college, Dhrubajyoti lost his interest in his studies and left college halfway. Then, at
the age of sixteen, he confined himself to loneliness and began writing stories. In about two years, he wrote the first novel of his life, Tanisha. In addition to writing, he is interested in Western dance, Cricket and Films. His next goal is to write an English Novella.
