Dina Botha is ’n bekroonde liefdesverhaalskrywer gebore en getoë in Pretoria. Reeds as tiener het sy ’n voorliefde vir lees ontwikkel, maar nooit die moontlikheid om formeel te skryf beproef nie. In 2006 word haar eerste Romanza, In ruil vir ’n hart gepubliseer en vervul sy op 42 een van haar groot hartsbegeertes naamlik om te skryf. In 2013 is sy met ’n ATKV Woordveertjie vir haar Romanza, Boks vol soentjies en in 2018 vir haar Romanza Alles is perfek vereer. Met 58 Romanzas en 8 SuperRomanzas agter haar naam is sy een van die topverkopers in die mark. Sy woon tans in Centurion saam met haar man, Louwrens, haar seun Louwrens junior en drie dogters Anri, Ziske en Karlin, skoonseun Johan en suster Zanie.
