About the author

Dr Shuchi Anand M.D. M.S. is Director of the Center for Tubulointerstitial Kidney Disease and Assistant Professor of Medicine (Nephrology) at Stanford University.

Prof.K. Srinath Reddy is the President, Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) and formerly headed the Department of Cardiology at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
