डॉ निगार .एस. रिज़वी का जन्म शहर प्रयागराज (यू.पी.) में हुआ था। वह एक मेधावी और मुखर छात्रा थीं, सदैव हर परीक्षा प्रथम श्रेणी से पास करती थीं। Govt. के G.S.V.M. Medical College Kanpur U.P. से M.B.B.S. की परीक्षा पास कर डॉ. बनीं। नारी पर हो रही नाइंसाफ़ी, और समाज का व्यवहार उनके मन को झकझोर देता। इनको बचपन से ही साहित्य से बहुत लगाव रहा है, सो जब भी समय मिलता वह कविता लिखतीं इनका प्रथम काव्य-संग्रह " धूप के आँसू" में अधिकतर रचनाएँ नारी की पीड़ा को उसके आँसुओं की स्याही में डुबा कर लिखी गईं हैं, छोटी-छोटी रचनाओं में बहुत गहरा अर्थ सिमटा हुआ है। इनकी रचनाओं में आपसी भाईचारा, मोहब्बत, एकता, सद्भाव, दोस्ती का बहुत भावपूर्ण सुन्दर सन्देश मिलता है साथ ही साथ दार्शनिकता के समन्वय से रचनाओं की शोभा बहुत बढ़ गई है। मेरी शुभकामनाएं और हार्दिक बधाइयाँ। आशा है इनका ये काव्य-संग्रह बहुत सराहा जायेगा।

This is a wonderful book of Collections of Hindi Poetries, mainly based On injustice and crualities on girls and Women . Also a message of Love and harmony in The society. Humanity is above all the religions.

How can emotions be transformed into emotions, it can easily be felt in these lines " kahin aisa na ho suraj me aag lg jaye." The poetess has poured her maximum in the minimum.
