BRICS AND INDIA: Prospects and Challenges

Dr. Rita Madanlal Shetiya is an accomplished Educator, Social Contributor, and Author. Dr. Rita Shetiya, with over Fourteen years, is in the academic field as an Assistant professor of Economics. She has dedicated her professional life to shaping young minds and fostering a deep appreciation for both education and society. Also, she is a journalist. She has completed her PhD in Economics, Master in Economics, Master in Journalism, and Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare. She has published more than ten Research papers in International, National, and State Level Journals. She received the Best Research Papers award for her paper Impact of GST on the Indian Economy. Also, she has published four Self Learning Material books on Economics.

She is writing articles for Arthshashra Gyanmandal of Maharashtra Rajya Marathi Vishkosh Nirmiti Mandal, Mumbai Maharashtra, and Writing Editorial articles on various topics for daily Newspapers SAKAL, PRABHAT, MAHARASHTRA TIMES and MPC News, etc. She regularly writes articles on various topics for the Global Writers Forum, GLGA, USA. As a Resource Person, she delivered lectures on various topics. She took more than 30 interviews with eminent personalities. Through her teaching, writings, research, and social contribution, she continues to inspire and influence the next generation, leaving a lasting legacy in the realm of social welfare and community development. One of her notable achievements is the conceptualization and organization of the Walk of Confidence for Girl Empowerment. This innovative initiative serves as an International platform for young Girls to showcase their hidden talent. This was listed in the Global Book of Record.  

Last 20 years she has been involved in various social activities. She is a Founder of Ritaa India Foundation, PUNE. Also, she is an ‘Ambassador’ of GLGA, U. S. A./Singapore. She is the ‘Peace Ambassador’. She is the ‘President’ of GEF, PUNE also she is a School ‘Committee Member’ of LPF, PUNE. She is the Trustee of ‘ROHIT’, Public Trust, Palghar, Mumbai.   

For her Educational contribution, she received more than 30 awards at the International, National, and State Levels. Some awards include ‘The Nehru Yuva Award’ by Nehru Yuva Kendra and Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs India, ‘Ideal Teacher Award’ by Lions & Rotary Club, and the Global Presidential Award by GEF, Delhi. For her Writing skills, she received the ‘Global Writer Award’ by GLGA, USA. For her Social Contribution, she received more than 40 awards at the International, National, and State Levels. Some awards include the ‘Global Excellence Award’ and Received ‘Honorary Doctorate’ for Outstanding Contribution towards Society by GLGA, Singapore, and the ‘International Inspiring Award by NCWDC. Her name is listed in the ‘Global Book of Record’.

Kitab Writing Publications' main aim is to be like a family. Just as a family is our support system. In the same way, books are our support system to learn and rewire ourselves to be strong again to not battle with our emotions but to love the emotions. Our motive is that book is not part of life, but a book is a life in itself.

We are starting again as Kitab Writing Publication. We started our journey on 4th March 2023 and will keep walking on this journey for many more years to come and fulfill every little writer's dream. We started by publishing one book and fulfilled our author's dream of being a writer and gaining confidence in their abilities. Slowly and steadily, we are growing and gradually we will reach new heights, and fulfill every person's dreams who wish on becoming a writer. 

We are going to be the first step for many Writers and Dreamers from different fields but we are happy to give wings to all those little dreams hidden among our busy lives. We hope for Consistent hard work, honesty, and truth with all of you.
