About the author

Dr. S.S. Kalamkar is presently working as Director and Professor in Agro-Economic Research Centre of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India located at Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand, Gujarat since July 2012. He has 19 years of research & teaching experience. He has made important and useful contributions to the subject of agricultural economics. He has published more than 85 research papers/articles in reputed journals. He has 10 books to his credit. Besides, he has participated in more than 125 national conferences/workshops/seminars.

Dr. Sonal Bhatt is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Post Graduate Department of Economics, Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar. Her research interests include the economics and management of the natural resources as well as public policy and developmental issues. She has twenty one research papers and six research projects to her credit.

Dr. Hemant Sharma is working as Assistant Professor/Research Officer with Agro-Economic Research Centre of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Government of India at Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar, Anand Gujarat. He has two books at his credit. He has published more than 29 research papers in reputed journals and has participated in national and international conferences/seminars/workshops.
