A seasoned healthcare professional with Post-Doctoral Degree- D.Litt., PhD and FISQua (Ireland) with more than 19 years of experience in the international tertiary healthcare industry, focused on achieving outstanding results in a highly competitive healthcare service industry that require continuous improvement, patient safety and risk management.

Expertise in healthcare policy, planning, designing, legal, regulatory requirements, preparation, commissioning, operations, administration, quality improvement, patient safety, risk management, performance improvement, facility management and safety, safety culture, national and international accreditation/certifications, designations, recognitions, center of excellence preparations and maintenance, electronic health records, compliance audits/ surveys, education and training, patient experience, person centered care, clinical & administrative processes and quality systems for documentation.

He has established the Quality Improvement, Patient Safety and Risk Management (QIPS-RM) Department, developed QIPS-RM Software Program and Electronic Health Records (and received HIMSS-6 accreditation) with a team of in-house software engineers, started the compliance surveys, utilization studies and cost containment strategies at Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group Hospitals located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain and United Arab Emirates.

He has developed, standardized all the policies, procedures, plans, guidelines, protocols, pathways, forms, quality measures, quality improvement and risk management methods etc. and educated the staff, implemented and monitored the compliance. He has demonstrated continuous success in managing multidisciplinary teams, meeting the organizational mission, vision by accomplishing and maintaining all healthcare accreditations, certifications, and designations, center of excellence and recognition projects ahead of the deadlines.

He is an international visiting faculty, has presented 24 research papers in the international conferences, published 38 research papers in the international journals approved by the University Grant Commission (UGC) India, an author of 8 textbooks for the MBA- Hospital Management and is a reviewer / editorial board of several national and international journals.

He is a recipient of:
