Lots of interesting pasta dishes, meat, fish & vegetarian, method of cooking easily explained. The pictures of the 60 recipes look so delicious. Great book I will keep coming back to for ideas to enjoy different flavours with pasta. Didn't realise just how many different types of pasta now available. Have even batch cooked some sauces and frozen for quick meals to just add pasta to when short of time.

Ed Barrow is the founder of The Monday Pasta Club, a weekly recipe page where he posts a pasta recipe every Monday at 5pm. Originally a pastry chef, Ed set up The Monday Pasta Club during lockdown, after rediscovering a pasta machine he was given for his twelfth birthday.
