Florence Cestac est un grand nom de la bande dessinée franco-belge. Créatrice du personnage d'Harry Mickson, fondactrice des éditions Futuropolis en 1975, elle est également connue pour sa collaboration à des revues telles que Pilote ou Charlie Mensuel. Elle reçoit le grand prix de la ville d'Angoulême en 2000.
