At seventy-four, beginner author Edward W. Anderson looks back to see a life that has been quite interesting. He was an ex-Marine and an ex-area inspector for British Rail and had been employed as a automobile fitter, a welder, a clerk, a lifeguard, an advanced swimming teacher, and an agricultural engineer. Then he decided to go to university and attain an honours degree in law. It was at that point that he had the idea of becoming a writer. With no real training, they set out to do an apprenticeship by writing for a history website. He has a gem of a wife, nine grandchildren, and three dogs. A thought of writing drives him to go back to the world of dreams with pen in hand. Beginning author Elizabeth Anderson studied at Jordanhill College of Education and at Edinburgh University for a master’s degree. She was always sporty and loved a challenge. Now she is retired and enjoys writing with her brother.
